A robust, wearable device that staff can access quickly and discreetly to call for help when needed.

React Mobile is excited to announce the launch of the newest version of their Bluetooth Panic Button. With thousands of panic buttons deployed worldwide to date, this sleek new device offers hoteliers an enhanced way to protect their employees.

The company developed the enhanced React Bluetooth Panic Button in an effort to provide hoteliers with a variety of options for workplace protection. This new hardware allows staff to be completely hands-free as they work and permits them to quickly and discreetly call for help when assistance is needed. Easily paired with company-issued mobile devices, this latest version of the Bluetooth Panic Button is small, lightweight, and has a battery life of 12-months.

Key features:

  • Connects via BLE to a smart device
  • Compatible with Apple or Android smart devices and pairs with the React Mobile Hospitality App
  • Shock-resistant
  • Battery life of 12 months
  • Dimensions: 1.45’’ x 1.37’’ x .40’’
  • Compliant with current legislation and brand standards

“React Mobile is constantly working to update, and develop innovative workplace safety technology,” explains John Stachowiak, CEO of React Mobile. “The hospitality industry prioritizes staff safety and well-being and hoteliers deeply understand the importance of investing in different technologies designed to protect their employees.”

Four value propositions separate React Mobile from other workforce safety platforms on the market:

  1. Silent Alarm- Unlike some competitors that provide noisemakers to deter troublemakers (which oftentimes can escalate the violence), React Mobile triggers a silent alarm that brings help without alerting others that a response is coming.
  2. Verifiable Dispatch- Once the silent alarm on the panic button has been pressed a light begins flashing red. In less than one second (when a responder receives the alert and confirms help is on the way) the flashing light turns blue, providing visual acknowledgement to the employee their alert was received.
  3. Confidential System- React Mobile prevents panic buttons from being triggered erroneously. By configuring the button press pattern (hold down for three seconds or press the button three times within three seconds) false positive alerts are prevented. React Mobile also complies with many Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) that protect employees from being tracked on a property when not in danger, thereby saving panic button battery life and honoring employee privacy.
  4. Instant Activation- In many competitive situations, when a panic button is pressed, someone needs to hear an audible alarm before they can call a dispatcher who may require a conversation while an attack is in progress. This results in a long delay before help is on the way. React Mobile delivers the fastest response time compared to other providers.
